Horny Growth Arising from Neglected Sebaceous Cyst

One Imam Wd. Noorahamad, aged about 45 years, a private servant, was admitted into the Civil Hospital, Belgaum, on the 17th February 1902. Previous History?The patient stated thaf. since birth he had a small painless tumour of the size of a gram at the root of the neck on the right side. This gradually grew larger and larger till it was finally the size of a small cocoanut. About two years ago this tumour burst and continued to discharge a thick curdy chalk}' substance which, on exposure to the air, dried up and formed a toujjh hard mass on the surface.
